Full Time Xero Bookkeeper and Sales Administrator
We are currently looking for somebody to fill the above position in our online based LED Lighting and Solar Photovoltaic company in Coventry.
Hours of employment are full time Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm
Ideal experience would include:
- Bookkeeping and Sales Administration
- Experience of using Microsoft Excel (Basic knowledge is essential)
- Be familiar with cloud accounting software.
- Knowledge of Xero would be an advantage
This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to come in and take over both an existing position and a new and evolving side to the job.
Sales Administration
Answering telephone calls, taking messages, responding to speculative emails.
Financial Support
Issue of Monthly Invoices via XERO.
Enter imports invoices in Xero
Electronic upload of all supplier invoices, liaise with Director regarding payments
Reconciliation of Bank Account via Xero
Credit Control including sending statements, chasing outstanding payments.

The IT & Web Ecommerce Developer / Specialist should maintaine our Magento based online shops. The job involves :
- Creating graphics, banners and images for the onlineshops
