Voltacon was established in 2001 by a team of electrical engineers. Over 25 years we have built experience in power electronics, electricity generation and distribution, and renewable energy, and today we design, manufacture and supply through two specialist brands.

Power conversion is the engineering both brands share.
Our engineers have academic backgrounds including doctoral and post graduate study, and practical knowledge from a wide range of industries. That combination is what lets the group design, develop, mass produce and supply its own products rather than resell someone else's.
On the solar side that means photovoltaic systems, inverters and energy storage for homes and businesses, from a garage with a few essential loads to a full commercial installation. On the lighting side it means LED fittings for indoor and outdoor use, from retrofit lamps to the specialised tubes built for the Royal Navy.
Our mission is to help homes and businesses generate their own renewable electricity, reduce their bills, and benefit the environment, with sound advice and a premium service.

The group's LED technology company since 2010. Houses, shopping centres, multi storey car parks, factories that operate 24 hours, ferries, cruise liners and the largest warships.

Voltacon UK Limited holds ISO 9001 for quality management and ISO 14001 for environmental management, as does our manufacturing plant. We also work with local council, community and environmental groups.
